Group HR Manager
OPUL Hospitality is a fast-growing hotel and hospitality group based on the Isle of Man.
We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Group HR Manager to join our expanding team. This is a brand-new position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, offering the opportunity to shape the HR function across our portfolio.
With over 70 staff currently in post and more growth expected, the successful candidate will lead an initial HR audit – reviewing systems, policies, and processes to ensure our infrastructure is fit for scale. Beyond this, you’ll support General Managers across the group on employee relations, chair hearings where needed, and provide strategic guidance across the full HR remit including recruitment, reward, performance management, payroll, and engagement.
We are looking for someone with 6–10 years’ experience in a senior HR role, ideally with exposure to multi-site or hospitality settings. Hotel sector experience is essential. You’ll be hands-on, commercially minded, and confident building a high-performance culture that supports business growth.

We are looking for qualified Chefs our Hotels.
You could cover breakfast, or evening shifts in the main hotel
restaurants of the Inglewood and Admiral House Hotels.
This role can be flexible with the hours offered.

Coach Drivers
OPUL Move is the largest private coach hire company on the Isle of Man.
We are currently seeking professional and reliable Coach Drivers to join our expanding team on either a contracted or casual basis.
Applicants must hold a full PPV licence and have a current, valid DBS check. Strong knowledge of local roads is essential, with historical knowledge of the Island considered a plus. The role includes varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and requires individuals who are physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage as needed.

While previous call centre experience is desirable, it’s not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a clear drive to deliver results. You should have a natural ability to spot and convert sales opportunities, work towards set targets, and show empathy when assisting customers with service enquiries.
Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language are essential, alongside a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
